Brief: Our client wanted us to do a full house renovation in their home, as well as a Rear Extension. They also wanted to increase the capacity of their property through re-modelling and extensions.

This home has been transformed with a Rear Extension. Light wells, made of reinforced glass, were installed to ensure that plenty of light penetrated the room. The extra space has been used to create a large kitchen diner .This feature has also allowed more natural light to enter a pre-existing bedroom. We installed four new bedrooms, a walk-in wardrobe, four bathrooms, kitchen and various living spaces, all completed to the highest standard using the best possible materials.
A spacious living room received bespoke shelving and storage options along with furniture which stuck a balance between contemporary style and comfort. This area led directly to a dining area, perfect for family meals or entertaining house guests.
Each bathroom was adorned with breathtaking fittings and all plumbing and electrics. A contemporary kitchen featured all new appliances, integral storage options and breakfast bar.
“They were negotiable about interior design changes and allowed me to be very involved in the process even to the point of helping me source particular fixtures I wanted for the house, keeping in theme with the style we had gone for. They gave me helpful advice on certain elements I had overlooked such as up-cycling the existing floorboards, additional water pumps needed and centralising the external bi-folds to make the extension symmetrical from the outside rather than inside. On request Luxor Interiors made cabinetry around our fireplace to match our new Tom Howley Kitchen and honestly, the craftsmanship and detailing makes them look identical. Once the project was finished it’s was hard to believe it was same house.”
