Brief: Our client wanted us to do a full flat renovation in their home. They also wanted to increase the capacity of their property through remodelling. Revitalising the kitchen in a stunning property with a contemporary stylish design.

We were able to carry out a full house renovation on this Finchley property, which included new bathrooms and a kitchen.

We created an open-plan kitchen but partitioned it with a kitchen counter and laid out some sleek marble tiles for the flooring. The new owners approached us to further develop the kitchen to meet the needs of their growing family. The Corian worktops created a stunning kitchen island of 3.9 meters a linked cooking, preparation, eating and became the hub of the home to enjoy family time together along with hosting many social occasions.

On their wish list was an American style fridge freezer with an ice-maker. We offered alternative solutions such as integrated refrigeration to keep a streamlined look but on reflection the American dream won the day.

For the bathrooms, we also used marble for both the flooring and the walls. The way we manipulated the space and light in the bathrooms was very effective in achieving a modern and sophisticated look.

With wooden flooring and white paintwork prevalent in the living room, we were able to create a very inviting and airy ambience, and we even added in adjustable ceiling lights to make it cosy in the evenings.
