Brief: Our client had recently purchased the property which required a schedule of updating and improvement. The project involved the demolition of 2 small extensions and the erection of a 2-story side extension to create a Kitchen Dinner, Play Room, Garage and En-suite Bathroom.
Firstly, concept designs, sketches, 3D designs and 3D walk-throughs were used to brainstorm ideas with the client and find a tailored solution which perfectly suited their needs and tastes.
Our team created a front double storey extensions, first floor side extension and ground floor side extension and internal re-configurations drawings to incorporate designs concept and goals requirements of the client. In seeking planning permission, a pre-planning meeting was book and with the feedback of the planning officer asking for alterations to be made to the proposal roof on the first-floor side extension to be made. The changes were made with the authorisation of the client and planning application was submitted 8 weeks later planning was approved and our builders started the work soon afterwards.
We built a new rear and side extension to accommodate a Kitchen Diner, Utility Room and WC. We tailored a new modern Kitchen and installed a luxurious Bathroom. New doors were fitted throughout, and we installed a new boiler and completed a full electrical rewire.
