Brief: To design and build a rear extension and loft conversion, in a conservation area, creating five bedrooms and two bathrooms for our client. At the same time an extensive renovation project to the rest of the house was carried out, refurbishing bedrooms, living room and kitchen.

In 2017 Mr. & Mrs. B approached us to carry out an extensive renovation and loft conversion to their property. Being landlords, their objective was to extend with a loft conversion to increase rental value. Every available space was cleverly thought out. At the same time the loft conversion was being constructed, a huge refurbishment project was being carried out; refurbishing numerous bedrooms, the living room and kitchen. The results are stunning, a clean modern finish to the entire house and loft conversion with fresh carpets and a fresh lick of paint. The entire flat was finished to a high standard and subsequently ideal for marketing and renting out to tenants.
